Charter Policies

In order to make your charter fishing trip as enjoyable as possible the crew of the "Blue Collar Man" strictly adheres to the following rules and policies:

• All bait, ice, and tackle is provided.  If you have a favorite rod that you would like to bring along, feel free to do so.
  

• Bring your own food and beverages.  All containers should be cans or plastics. No glass, please.
  

• Beer is permitted in cans.  For the safety of all anglers NO HARD LIQUOR is permitted!  INTOXICATION will result in immediate termination of the trip without refund.
  

• Absolutely no illegal drugs or substances of any kind will be tolerated.
  

• All fish caught belong to the charter party.  Insulated fish boxes will be provided during the trip, but you are responsible for your catch upon returning to the dock.
  

• The Captain is solely responsible for the decision to sail.  In the event a trip is canceled due to weather or mechanical failure, every effort will be made to re-book the trip.
  

• Sunscreen, sunglasses, foul-weather gear, soft soled shoes, jacket, and a camera are recommended. 
  

• Have a fun and exciting trip (strictly enforced).
